In 2016, my then-fiancé was experiencing horrible dizziness and fainting spells. Her doctor told her to start taking salt supplements, but there were only tablets that starting dissolving once they hit the tongue (Gross!). I began  making Sea Salt Capsules for her and it was a game-changer.
